Nine months ago, I embarked on a leadership journey that challenged me to look deeper at myself, my influence and the kind of leader I want to become.

The program created opportunities to explore influence, networking, self-belief and the power of helping others. Each experience helped me move closer to my potential, while reminding me that leadership is not just about achievement—it is also about inspiring and empowering those around us.
