The nine-month journey created a space to exchange ideas, reflect on personal values and learn from the experiences of fellow women leaders. The conversations, relationships and collective learning helped me look at my own leadership journey with a fresh perspective.

I am walking away with a stronger belief in the value of meaningful connections—and in the possibility of creating something greater through them.
