The pandemic has brought tremendous change and upheaval to all of our work lives. But another major change of the last year has been the increasing push to prioritize Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace.

Along with social and institutional reckoning there certainly has come a lot of progress when it comes to DEI, but many feel that there is much farther to go.

The diversity and inclusion trends for 2021 are:

  • An evolving remote workforce
  • Enabling diverse gender identity and gender expression
  • Multi-generational workforce
  • Gearing up for systemic change
  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Increased transparency in goals
