What will this phase look like and sound like?
THE PAST – The phase when an attack on public health, leads to multiple levels of impact on the Macro, Meso and Micro.
(The smallest unit of analysis in the social sciences is an individual in their social setting. At the micro-level, also referred to as the local level, the research population typically is an individual in their social setting or a small group of individuals in a particular social context.
A meso-level analysis indicates a population size that falls between the micro- and macro-levels, such as a community or an organization. However, meso-level may also refer to analyses that are specifically designed to reveal connections between micro- and macro-levels.
Macro-level analyses generally trace the outcomes of interactions, such as economic or other resource transfer interactions over a large population. It is also referred to as the global level.)
THE PRESENT – The Phase where acceptance of the reality is sinking in, hope of moving ahead is surfacing, idea generation, trial and error and more.
THE FUTURE – Implementing decisions, testing new realities and exploring the potential of the new designed future. While there are multiple conversations going on, to design the future, I would like to bring some perspectives of the time in the future.
SO, WHAT COULD BE THE PSYCHOLOGICAL IMPACT OF THE FUTURE BEING DESIGNED BY ORGANIZATIONS?

The emotional mix and jumble will need holding the employee and the systemic impact, listening, helping in the individual and organizational healing. Remember when we come out of shock, if we get to quick action and not allow the healing to happen, there is a rebound not to far. While this needs time, it can begin now, before it gets super busy. In the midst of wanting productivity, profit, what needs attention is managing the Micro level of the organization, while it impacts the Macro. It is this Micro that will be telling of how this future that was designed is being lived or not and its impact on the Meso and Macro levels.
